Make*Believe and Singapore Science Centre are proud to present our inaugural programme, Common Space, for preschoolers at the Singapore Science Centre. This is designed in conjunction with this year's theme for ARCHIFEST'11.

The podium at Omni Theatre has been transformed for our young adventurers! Retrofitted especially for the preschoolers, Make*believe programme aims to engage the children's imagination, creativity and problem solving skills in our Common Space.

A red hot topic for all young children... the fire station and its truck! let our toddlers explore the shapes that make up our Central Fire Station. or our young architects could re-design it and suggest a new look for it. Come on board our fire truck and explore science concepts on weight and gravity. More creative opportunities are available for our children to build large structures using our amazing foam blocks. Children can also explore city planning and the relevance of signs to run their own cities. Children could work with their math abilities through the challenges designed in instruction cards.

Through the child's interaction with their peers, objects, play-structures and different materials, these common spaces become places where the magic of make-believe happens and the imaginary becomes real.

So, come on down to the SINGAPORE SCIENCE CENTRE and join us for a great time of learning fun.
